Post 16 Bursaries, Funding and Transport Information

Once your son or daughter has secured a place at college or 6^th Form then you will need to apply for transport.  The county council that you apply to is in the location where you live and not where the college or school is based.  An example is if you live in Sutton Bridge but your son or daughter is going to The College of West Anglia you need to apply to Lincolnshire County Council.  Below are useful guides to support you with your application for transport.

16-19 Bursary Fund

Pupils may be eligible for this bursary when they leave University Academy Long Sutton and go onto College, Sixth Form or alternative provider.  Bursaries are usually applied for through the provider of your son or daughter’s Post 16 education.
